To cancel an order before shipment, contact us within 24 hours at (800) 863-4143 or marketing@dellahome.com with your order number and consignee details. We'll promptly locate and cancel your order, issuing a full refund within 3 business days upon confirmation.

Please note, that cancellations are not possible once the order is processed for shipment.
