What happens once my item is returned?

Once your returned item reaches our fulfillment center, our team will inspect and process the return, typically within 5–7 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
