How do I return an item?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a DELLA appliance you bought in the last 30 days from dellahome.com, please call +1 (800) 863-4143.
I need to cancel my order, what should I do?
To cancel an order before shipment, contact us within 24 hours at (800) 863-4143 or manufacturer@dellahome.com with your order number and consignee details. We'll promptly locate and cancel your order, issuing a full refund within 3 business days upon confirmation. Please note, that cancellations are not possible once the order is processed for shipment.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges.
What happens once my item is returned?
Our return team will fully inspect and process your return in up to 5-7 business days upon receiving it.
If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
Yes, you are responsible for postage back to our warehouse.

All DELLA air conditioners are shipped from local warehouses in the U.S. We will process your order within 1-2 days after receiving it, and you can receive the goods in about 3 business days.
