How long will it take for me to receive the package?
It normally takes us 1 business day to arrange the shipment. During peak seasons, it will take 2-4 business days to arrange the shipment. We provide free ground shipping, so there are no additional charges for shipping and handling.
I need to cancel my order, what should I do?
To cancel an order before shipment, contact us within 24 hours at (800) 863-4143 or marketing@dellahome.com with your order number and consignee details. We'll promptly locate and cancel your order, issuing a full refund within 3 business days upon confirmation. Please note, that cancellations are not possible once the order is processed for shipment.
